Panhandle Oil and Gas Inc is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of oil and natural gas properties, including wells located on the company's mineral and leasehold acreage.

The company's oil and gas holdings, including mineral acreage and interests in producing wells, both working interests and royalty interests, are centered in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas, with properties located in several other states.

As of year-end 2015, Panhandle's proved reserves were 180 Bcfe, with 67% being natural gas, 23% oil and 10% natural gas liquids.
