Keyera Corp. operates natural gas midstream businesses in Canada. The Company operates in the oil and gas sector between the upstream sector, which includes oil and gas exploration and production businesses, and the downstream sector, which includes the refining, distribution and retail marketing of finished products.

Keyera has two business segments: Gathering and Processing which includes natural gas gathering and processing and the Liquids Business Unit, which consists of NGL Infrastructure and Marketing. It owns and operates a network of facilities for the processing, storage and transportation of the by-products of natural gas processing, including natural gas liquids (NGLs), such as ethane, propane, butane and condensate. It markets a range of products associated with its two infrastructure business lines, primarily propane, butane, condensate and iso-octane, and also engages in crude oil midstream activities. In January 2012, the Company acquired Alberta EnviroFuels (AEF).
