Evolution Petroleum Corporation is an independent petroleum company that acquires, exploits, and develops properties for the production of crude oil and natural gas in the United States.

The company primarily holds interests in the Holt Bryant Unit in the Delhi Field located in Northeast Louisiana and also has interests in the Giddings Field in Central Texas, the Lopez Field in South Texas and the Woodford shale projects in Southeast Oklahoma.
