International Petroleum Corp is an internationally focused oil and gas exploration and production company with a high quality portfolio of assets located in Europe and South East Asia

The company was formed in April 2017 when Lundin Petroleum spun off its non-Norwegian assets (international assets - France, the Netherlands, and Malaysia).

IPC has existing proved and probable reserves of 29.4 million barrels of oil equivalent (MMboe) and a forecast net production for 2017 of 9,000–11,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd).
