Hemisphere Energy Corporation is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of petroleum and natural gas interests.

Hemisphere's operations consist of heavy oil assets in the Jenner and Atlee areas of southeast Alberta and liquids-rich natural gas assets in the Trutch area of northeast British Columbia. These core areas provide long-term, stable production and development where Hemisphere targets low to medium risk drilling opportunities for production and reserve growth.

Hemisphere strategically targets geographically focused acquisitions and farm-ins that can be developed to grow production and reserves while providing operating efficiencies and cost-effective capital development programs.

The Jenner property is located east of the city of Brooks in southeastern Alberta.

The company also has a project at Atlee Buffalo, (Glauconitic Play).

Hemisphere carried a market cap of $50 mm in mid 2014, produces 670 Boepd, offered operating cash flows of $6.0 million a year and owned a land base of 65,000 acres.
