The company holds a 50% Working Interest in approximately 33,000 mostly contiguous undeveloped acres under lease within the core of Tuscaloosa Marine Shale, and has been granted two government oil and gas exploration concession areas covering approximately 620,000 contiguous acres in the onshore Lusitanian Basin Portugal.
