Empire Petroleum is a privately held company focused on the wholesale distribution of motor fuels and various other distribution related services within the energy and real estate industries.

Empire distributes every major brand, including BP, Chevron, Citgo, Exxon, Getty/Lukoil, Gulf, Marathon, Mobil, Shell, Sunoco, Texaco and Valero. Headquartered in Dallas, Empire also controls the real estate under 154 gas stations and convenience stores.

Empire Petroleum is currently financially backed by American Infrastructure MLP Funds. Since the initial investment in July 2011, AIM has helped Empire complete eleven add-on acquisitions and achieve substantial organic growth.
