Alon USA Energy, Inc was engaged in refining and marketing petroleum products primarily in the southwestern and south central regions of the United States.

Alon owned and operated sour and heavy crude oil refineries in Big Spring, Texas, and Paramount, Long Beach and Bakersfield, California (collectively known as our California refineries), as well as a light sweet crude oil refinery in Krotz Springs, Louisiana.

The company's refineries produced several grades of clean-burning gasoline, ultra-low-sulfur diesel, jet fuel, specialty chemicals and advanced-performance asphalt products for road construction.

Through Alon Brands, Alon USA operated nearly 300 7-Eleven convenience stores, and marketed and supplied ALON motor fuels to independent and company-owned retail locations.

On June 30, 2017, Alon USA Energy was acquired by Delek US Holdings.
