Shoreline Energy was a junior crude oil and natural gas exploration and production company focused on long-term growth through a prudent exploration, development, production and acquisition program in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.

In November 2011, the Company acquired Lakeridge Energy Corp., Shoreline Acquisition Corp and Shoreline Oil and Gas Ltd.

On December 23, 2015, Shoreline Energy LLC filed for bankruptcy, with all directors and officers resigning from the company.
